Approaching the house from the back you are looking down on the butterfly roof and what at first appears to be a single storey house. It is in fact a 3 storey house with the back being built into the cliff with spectacular views of the water from every level.
The home features a sliding door system on the front of the dining room that opens up to make the deck outside part of the living space, as well as a gray water recycling system. Engineered floating stairs connect the two main levels which treads are solid fir. Polished concrete floors throughout the home connect the exposed concrete walls.
